Linemen are core to the company culture at Irby Construction. The brotherhood in the field is company glue and National Lineman Appreciation Day was a great opportunity to engage internal and external audiences. This in mind, BrightSpot Creative developed a social campaign pointing to a special interactive landing page. The effort not only reinforced the company culture but also promoted social following and ultimately increased traffic the main company site. This generated solid results. On Lineman Appreciation Day, Irby Construction saw Organic social traffic increase of 1,500% and overall site traffic increase of 120%.
