THE ONE ABOUT OUR REAL INSPIRATION AND OUR WHY
One of the very BEST parts about BrightSpot is our WHY…the reasons we do what we do.
It’s about the people we call clients (and often friends). It’s about making a difference for the companies we work for. It’s about creativity and results. It’s about all of this and also, above all, it’s about our families.
We do this work to support our families. It’s not a side hustle or a part-time gig. We work tenaciously–with our whole hearts. We do it to show our kids what entrepreneurship looks like and what you can build and achieve. And, we work for the freedom to be present with our families as much as we are available for our clients.
If you’ve been on a Zoom call with us in the past 12 months, there’s a good chance you’ve spotted one of the Bright-Tots (as we call the kids big and small) looming in the background or walking through the room.)
Working and schooling together at home for a spell gave our families a front-row seat to see us in action! And we’re glad about that. At the same time, we’re certainly glad school is back in session (at least for now). We’re filled with hope and anticipation for all the things this school year will bring. From Kinder to high school, we’re feeling all the feels for the adventures the BrightSpot kids have ahead of them.
Our “why” is our families. At the end of the day, they’re the real inspiration.
